Why I Do What I Do

Hi, I'm Wendy Harmon, PhD, creator of the Vitality Life Map™.

I spent more than 20 years as a Fortune 500 director leading teams and managing high-pressure environments. Like a lot of high-achieving women, I kept everything moving while quietly neglecting the foundation underneath it.

In October 2017, I was boarding a flight home when my phone rang. My doctor told me it was Stage 2 metastatic breast cancer. I spent most of that flight cycling through every version of "Why me?" I could find. The fear was real. The anger was real. The self-pity was real.

Then, somewhere before landing, a quieter question surfaced: what now?

That question carried me through 4 months of chemotherapy, 28 radiation treatments, and 14 surgeries over four years. It shifted me from someone reacting to a diagnosis into someone rebuilding with a plan. Eventually, it became the foundation for the work I do today.

The Vitality Life Map™ is the framework I built from my own experience and refined through years of helping women rebuild their energy, reverse declining health markers, and trust their bodies again.

It is science-backed, personalized to your body and your life, and designed to support the life you are not willing to put on hold.

Weeks 1-2: Reclaim Your Energy

Everything starts here.

You'll begin with the Food Freedom Challenge, a guided reset designed to reduce cravings, stabilize energy, and help your body work with you again.

Many women arrive feeling exhausted, frustrated, and unsure why the routines that once worked no longer do. This first phase helps create a stronger foundation for everything that follows.

Weeks 3-14: Rebuild Your Health

Through the WILDERBODY experience, you'll learn how to make food choices that support energy, weight management, metabolic health, and long-term wellbeing.

More importantly, you'll stop relying on willpower and start building habits that fit your real life. This is where many women begin feeling more like themselves again.

Month 3-4: Restore Focus & Confidence

Health is about more than food.

In this phase, we turn our attention to stress, attention, recovery, and the mental patterns that often keep women stuck. Using practices such as the 6-Phase Meditation Method and guided coaching, you'll learn how to create more clarity, resilience, and confidence in the way you navigate daily life.

Months 5-6: Rebuild Strength For Life

As your energy and health improve, we introduce simple, effective strength-building practices through the Fitness Pillar.

The goal isn't to spend hours exercising. The goal is to build strength, mobility, and stamina so you can continue doing the things that matter most to you, now and in the years ahead.
